Dr. Natalie Grant-Villegas (she/her) is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over five years of experience in the mental health field. She has a special interest in psychedelic medicine and currently offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy at Healing Realms in Brooklyn.
Prior to joining Healing Realms, Natalie worked in New York-based outpatient and telehealth clinics, providing comprehensive psychiatric care for diverse adults with mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Her educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University. Natalie has trained with leading experts in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and is currently enrolled in the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program.
Natalie embraces an empathetic, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to her work with clients, reflecting her belief that mental health is intrinsically tied to all aspects of one’s life - physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. Drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and values. With a strong emphasis on trust and active listening, she offers a safe space for clients to navigate their healing journeys.
